CROWN FINANCIAL BIBLICAL MINISTRY

SO LONG, INSECURITY
Thursdays 7-8:30pm, September 16-November 4

This Beth Moore study addresses the insecurity women face, many times inflicted by culture, fears, or oneself. Through weekly reading of the book, scriptures, and class discussions (no video) women will discover the release from this bondage and a new confidence through Jesus Christ. This is an excellent sequel to the recent “Identity Theft” series.

DivorceCare
Fall 2010
Sundays 5:00-7:00pm, August 22-November 14
If divorce is a past, present, or anticipated experience, this is for you as this course offers God’s healing, experiences of forgiveness and compassion, practical helps for everyday living, and supportive encouragement from class members and compassionate faith-filled leaders. DivorceCare for kids for K-grade 5 children of adult participants offers coordinating sessions. Childcare is offered for preschoolers.

GRIEF RECOVERY SERIES
This Grief support series will be offered for 6 weeks in the Fall for anyone who has lost a  loved one. How we grieve is unique but the fact that we all grieve is not unique. It is a perfectly natural response. To grieve or suffer loss alone can be difficult. This provides healing and hope found through faith in Christ.

Adult Baptism Class
July 11 at 5:00pm  or  July 14 at 6:30pm
October 17 at 5:00pm or October 20 at 6:30pm

Persons who have given their lives to Christ for the first time, and/or made a significant life change, can be baptized as the public declaration and personal seal of their decision and life change. This class is a prerequisite to baptism. The summer beach baptism will be Sunday, August 15th at 6:00pm (dinner at 5:00).  SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES

9:30-10:30 a.m.
 
INQUIRERS CLASS (FLC 1101)
This class of retired couples and individuals studies the Bible verse by verse and engages in discussion of the week’s passage. The class recognizes that God continues to reveal Himself through Scripture all the days of our lives, so continual Bible study is crucial to a living faith. The class cares for its members as they support each other in prayer and in practical ways that arise in life’s circumstances.
 
 
NEW OUTLOOK CLASS (FLC 2107)
Lively discussions and an atmosphere of warm acceptance for everyone who comes makes participation in this class a blessing every week. The class focuses on studies that encourage growing deeper into God’s Word, growing closer in relationship with Jesus Christ, and growing more willing in serving God.
 
PAIRS AND SPARES INTERNATIONAL CLASS (FLC 2106)
This class of couples and singles in mid to later life has dynamic lessons each week taken from the International Lesson Series. These Bible studies, led by a rotation of teachers, include presentation and discussion so that daily application of God’s Word is emphasized. This class actively supports local and community mission opportunities.
 
GROWING CHRISTIANS SMALL GROUP (FLC 2101)
This group of singles and couples in a wide age range focuses on how to apply Scriptural principles and Christ-like attitudes to the circumstances and events of everyday life.   Discussions are exciting, support of one another is encouraging, and group members serve in a variety of ways.

SEEKERS CLASS (FLC 2103)
This class of couples and singles in mid-life study chapters of the Bible and make application to daily living. Lively discussion invites participation from everyone in the class.
